Helpdesk and Forum Downtime - June 9th

Helpdesk and forum will be temporarily unavailable for around 15-30 minutes on June the 9th, between the hours of 3PM to 7PM (GMT +10).

Thanks for your co-operation! Our main website and billing system will remain available. After the downtime we currently expect a delay in all ticket responses within the range of 30mins to 1hr. This is for all departments.

Please remain patient if you don't get an immediate response.
