Which datacenter do you recommend for my website?
That would depend on where you are located, and where most of your visitors are from. However, we currently by default put accounts in the Chicago datacenter as we believe for overall performance from a wide range of locations it is the better choice.
Will you match [insert competitor's name here] price?
In order to beat all of our competitor's we used a supercomputer with a million processors (it was actually a calculator) to determine our pricing. There is no possible way that a competitor could match our features and service at the same price!

How long will it take to set up my account?
Due to the increase in internet fraud over the recent years, all orders are fraud screened and then manually activated by our Accounts Department. This process can take up to 8 hours. There is no way you can speed up this process, unless you have a time machine, or a pretty awesome cat.
